The Divine Generals Onstage - Oil Painting Solo Exhibition by Jian-Yu Zhuang
The Eight Generals (Pa Chia Chiang), iconic figures in Taiwanese folk religion, serve not only as ritual symbols of religious devotion but also as cultural guardians. Here, algorithms move beyond mere rules of calculation, becoming poetic generators; kinetic devices evolve into sensory extensions, prolonging sound and perception. As natural forms, ambient sounds, and material responses are reinterpreted, they converge into a new field of information and energy.
