• Unless Ever Rich and/or relevant third-parties give you written permission, you may not save or use any trademarks, logos or other proprietary information on the website. (Including images, texts, web designs and coding.)

5. Pick-Up Location and How to Pick Up

• When you purchase product(s) at our downtown stores or online (www.everrich.com), please pick up your product(s) at Ever Rich Service Center. Follow the Pick-Up Guide provided on the website.

• When there is a change of itinerary and the pick-up date, time or location needs to be adjusted, please go to 'Apply for Pick-Up Change' on the website and fill out the application. (www.everrich.com does not provide the service of changing pickups.) If you are not able to apply for pick-up change on the website, please call our customer service, +886-800-098-668 (Mon-Sun, 8am-9pm) and a commissioner will help you.

6. Exchange/Refund and After-Sales Services

• An inspection of your purchased product(s) is enforced when you visit our Service Center to pick up your purchase(s). By picking up and claiming the product(s), you agree to the quality of the product(s) to your satisfaction. This Website and Ever Rich Duty Free Online Shop (www.everrich.com) will not provide further exchange or refund services.

• If after-sales services, such as warranty or maintenance are required, please email this Website and we will reply to you and provide you assistance. Additional service fee(s) or delivery fee(s) may apply.

• Any disputes regarding defective product(s) or after-sales service(s), Ever Rich will apply all recorded transactions and relevant browsing data for such determination.

7. Comments and Feedbacks

Ever Rich welcomes your advice on our policies and feedbacks on the website. Any information, comments or advice sent to this Website will not be treated as confidential, private or trade secrets. By submitting such information, you agree to give permission to Ever Rich for utilizing the information. Unless judicial organizations or authorities exercise the laws and require the revealing of the information, Ever Rich will not use any information provided by you without a written permission.

8. iRich Club

• The iRich app is for the use at Ever Rich Duty Free Shop, Kingfond Duty Free Shop and Profond Duty Free Shop, and may not be used in conjunction with other accounts.
• The iRich points are rewarded for every NT$100 spent in accordance with the membership class. Upon making a refund, the amount accumulated towards the annual purchase and the iRich Points rewarded by the transaction will be deducted and reclaimed. In the case of the balance for iRich Points is less than negative 2,000 points, an indemnity will be requested (for every insufficient iRich point, NT$0.125 will be indemnified). In the case of a fraudulent claim of iRich Points is uncovered and verified by the Company, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the membership based on the circumstances, request damages, remedies and/or indemnities, and file a criminal complaint in accordance with the laws of Taiwan's.
• The membership card provides the benefits of the accumulation of iRich Points and gift redeeming. Please refer to the in-store notice for the preferential benefits.
• Once the registration of the iRich app account is completed, iRich Digital Membership Card is required to be presented upon making a purchase; including using any special offers, accumulating purchases, accumulating and/or redeeming iRich Points at specified locations, and making a refund; iRich Digital Membership Card is used for redeeming gifts with member's iRich Points.
• Eligible accumulation of iRich Points is an invoice of one single transaction with a sufficient amount spent on the same day of the purchase. Please present your iRich Digital Membership Card to accumulate your iRich Points. Upon making a refund, the amount accumulated towards the annual purchase and the iRich Points rewarded by the transaction will be deducted and reclaimed.
• The Validity of memberships is 1 year. Memberships commenced on September 1st, 2018 will be valid until August 31st, 2019; memberships commenced on May 15th, 2019 will be valid until May 14th, 2020 and so on. The renewal of the membership may be upgraded/downgraded in accordance with the purchases accumulated during the validity of the membership.
• Irigu, Alibangbang and Ithuu members may upgrade to an ascending class within 48 hours once the accumulation of purchases reaches the qualification of an ascending class during the validity of the membership; Alibangbang, Ithuu and Cidal members who have not accumulated sufficient purchases for the renewal of the membership prior to the validity of the membership may be downgraded to the class in accordance with the purchases accumulated during the validity of the membership.
• The validity for accumulated iRich Points is 2 years. iRich Points accumulated from January 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018 will be valid until December 31st, 2020; iRich Points accumulated from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019 will be valid until December 31st, 2021 and so forth. In the case of iRich Points become invalid, no notice will be given.
• Gifts, coupons or vouchers redeemed by iRich Points may not request for a refund nor redeem for cash. In the case of a gift is faulty, another gift of equal value will be the replacement.
• The accumulation of purchases/the accumulable amount of purchases for membership upgrades' does not include amounts deducted by Shopping Vouchers, Food/Drinks Vouchers, Exclusive Members e-Coupons or other types of coupons/vouchers; it also excludes purchases of tobacco, cigars, drugs, APPLE product, clearance(sale) and at Tomod's counters, FUNBOX, SUNMAI BAR, Ambassador Theatres, in89 Deluxe Cinema, Xiao Nan Men, Wenzhou Big Wonton, Casamila CAFÉ, Hung's Delicacies, Tai cheong bakery, McDonald's, Jamba Juice, Shooting the Breeze, buonopops, Big Steve's, Dim Sum Master, Akasakaramen. Please refer to the on-site notice for more information on vendors or counters that do not participate in the accumulation of purchases for iRich Points.

9. Remedy & Indemnity

When you violate the Terms of Use, this Website may ask for remedies and/or indemnities; including but not limited to: processing fee(s), delivery fee(s), litigation fee(s), legal fee(s), administrative sanction(s) and/or third-party damage(s). 

10. The Effect of Any Provisions of the Terms of Use

You agree that if any provision of the Terms of Use is declared invalid by the judicial authority, it will not affect the validity of other terms.

11. Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, and the Taipei District Court will be the court of competent jurisdiction for the first instance to resolve any legal matters arising from the Terms.
