Home Garden Restaurant at EVERRICH Taipei Duty Free Shop has won the Silver Award in the Braised Beef Noodle category of the Freshly Prepared Food Division at the 2026 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival. Its signature dish, the "Dual-Cut Beef Noodles in Rich Fruit-Infused Broth," stood out among 115 competing entries. The award recognizes the restaurant’s culinary expertise and reflects EVERRICH’s continued commitment to enhancing its dining services and food quality.
 

Through thoughtful ingredient pairings and carefully crafted cooking techniques, Home Garden Restaurant offers a distinctive interpretation of the classic Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup. The Dual-Cut Beef Noodles dish features a slow-simmered beef bone broth infused with apples, tomatoes, and onions, resulting in a rich yet wonderfully balanced flavor profile where natural sweetness meets deep savory aroma. The dish showcases two premium cuts of American Angus beef—brisket and shank—for contrasting textures, paired with artisan Tamsui Golden Noodles that beautifully soak up the rich broth.
