The authoritative HR publication HR Asia has announced the winners of the 2025 “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” awards. After earning recognition in its first year of participation in 2024, EVERRICH Duty Free Shop has once again claimed the honor, remaining the only travel retail company in Taiwan to receive this prestigious title. This year, 360 companies in Taiwan entered the competition. Scores in all categories exceeded the market average, with indicators such as “Team Values, Employee Sentiment, and Behavior” and “Sustainable Workplace Environment” receiving close to the maximum score of 5.
