The book “Atomic Habits: An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones”, which has influenced millions of people around the world, proposes a systematic approach to consolidate behavioral patterns through small changes, which in turn brings about great changes. This year, we are trying to incorporate this concept into our campaign, and through the key four steps – “Prompt, Desire, Respond, Reward”, we hope to make it easier for people to develop green habits and practice being a little bit kinder to the earth!
